After the final inspection, products are securely packaged and handed over to our delivery partners.
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
📞 Order Confirmation
All orders are confirmed through phone verification before dispatch.
If confirmation cannot be made, we may hold the order for up to 3–5 days.

❗ Damaged or Missing Products
If you receive a damaged or incomplete package:
1. Please check the package in front of the delivery person, if possible.
2. If that’s not possible, record a clear unboxing video showing the issue.
3. Claims without valid proof will be reviewed at the discretion of our support team.
📦 Packaging Process
All products are packed in sturdy boxes with proper protection.
Fragile items are wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent damage.
Each item is packed under CCTV surveillance, and photos are taken before dispatch.
Invoice is included in every shipment.

Inside Dhaka: ৳65
Outside Dhaka: ৳110

Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days
